Satisfaction Policy

Whatever your reasons, on tictactime.co.uk you have 15 days to change your mind. We will refund the full price of returned items (see: Terms and Conditions ARTICLE 8)

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instruction of use ...), with its warranty card within 15 days from receipt of your package.

If we have made a mistake sending you the wrong product, you will be fully reimbursed. We promise to refund or you exchange the defective products or that do not correspond to your order. The request must be made within 15 days after delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please follow the return process (Click here) to get a return number. Once your return number received by e-mail, you can send back your product with a carrier who propose a tracking number you’re your parcel. This procedure is obligatory for an exchange or a quick refund.
