Satisfied or refunded

Whatever your reasons maybe, on Tictactime.co.uk you have the right to change your mind. We will refund you the full paid price of all returned items which must be in good condition (all the refund will be done in euros).

All returned items must be complete with its full packaging and all other accessories including notes,warranties etc. The return period is of 15 days (starting from the reception of the package). The delivery charges for all returned products remain at the customer’s expenses.

In the event of an order which does not conform to an original order, all customers will be 100% refunded.
We commit ourselves to refund you or exchange all products if delivered with a defect or does not corresponding with the original order. All returns must be forwarded within 15 working days from the start delivery date.
All expenses which occur in the process will be sent back in full on the basis that the customer has followed standard shipment tariff and expenses terms and return conditions.

In the event of a non satisfaction of your product, please follow the process for returning a product and get you return number.
Once your return number provided, send your product by Colissimo Suivi or any other conveyor provided with a follow-up of the sending.
This procedure is obligatory for an exchange or a refund.
