Delivery Information

Your order will be processed according to the availability of your products.

When it is indicated		In stock, your order will be processed during the day if placed before 1pm. You will receive the product within 2 or 7 days according to the delivery option you have chosen (except on Saturday, Sunday and holidays)
When it is indicated		On Order, the product you ordered is in our supplier’s stock. We give you an estimated date on which we will receive it in our warehouse.
When it is indicated		Out of stock, your order is recorded but the watch is not available for the moment It can take up to 30 days to receive the watch again.

Shipments are made Monday to Friday included (except on French bank-holidays). The delivery estimation given on the product sheet starts from the confirmation of your order.
An e-mail of confirmation is sent to inform you when your parcel is shipped.

Once your order is despatched, we inform you by e-mail and give you the tracking number of your parcel. This tracking number is also available from your customer account, section ‘Track your order’. Whenever you need to, you can check where your parcel is consulting the carrier’s websites
