The general terms and conditions of sale outlined below (hereafter known as "General Conditions"), govern the contractual relationship between any user of the Tictactime.co.uk website and TVDISTRINET, a joint-stock company with a capital of € 30,000 and headquarters situated at 5/6 avenueHenri Poincaré, Parc d'activités Ravennes-les-Francs, 59910, Bondues, France, registered on the Registre du commerce et des sociétés de Lille (Register of Companies and Commerce) (hereafter known as "Tictactime.co.uk").

These general terms and conditions are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express written consent.Tictactime.co.uk may be occasionally obliged to modify certain provisions of its general conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to re-read the terms and conditions before each purchase on the Tictactime.co.uk site. We consider that by confirming your order, you have read and accepted our general conditions of sale without reserve.

All orders placed by the customer imply the full acceptance of the present general conditions of sale. Any clause accompanying a customer's order, or any other document which is in opposition to, or which adds a new element to the present general conditions (such as the general conditions of purchase by the customer), will not be accepted by Tictactime.co.uk.

ARTICLE 1 - PRICE

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in pound(£) all inclusive of tax (VAT + other taxes) except share in the expenses of delivery.

1.2 - In the event of order towards a country other than the Metropolitan France, the possible custom charges or local taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

1.3 - All the orders whatever their origin are payable in pound(£) or in Euros(€).

1.4 - Tictactime reserves the right to modify its prices constantly but the products will be invoicees on the basis of tariff in force at the time of the recording of the orders, subject to availability.

1.5 - The products remain the property of Tictactime until the complete payment of the price.

ARTICLE 2 - GUARANTEES

Products sold by TICTACTIME benefit from a guarantee of conformity for two year as of the date of delivery for the goods sold. (Community directive n°99/44/EC dated May 25, 1999, relative to certain aspects of sales and guarantees for consumed goods)

Return costs incurred during transit are to be covered by the customer. The costs arising due to the return of the goods will be refunded if the guarantee of conformity is applicable to the returned goods. The product should be returned by the national postal service. When your product is returned, Tictactime will take care of ensuring that it is repaired or replaced. Any returned product must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, the guarantee certificate (in the box) and a returns coupon.

=>The guarantee does not apply when malfunctioning results from damage caused by exterior elements, accidents (notably electrical, physical damage, misuse etc.) any actions that are against the advice and instructions given in the product manual.

=>The guarantee conditions also exclude all products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or a non-authorised repair centre.

• The replacement of consumables (batteries, lights, ...)
• The irregular usage or non-conforming usage of products. Please consult the instruction manual delivered with your product.
• Normal wear and ageing (e.g. scratches on the glass, deterioration of the color and/or material of the bracelets and the nonmetal chains, such as leather, textile, rubber).
• Malfunctioning due to repairs effected by non-authorized personnel
• Malfunctioning due to external causes, abusive use, lack of care, negligence, the accidents (blows, strokes, crushings, broken glasses, etc)

ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION

You state to have taken knowledge and accepted the present Terms and Conditions before the making of your order. The validation of your order is worth thus acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Except contrary evidence, the data recorded by Tictactime constitute the evidence of the whole of the transactions passed through Tictactime and its customers.

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Our offers of products and prices are valid so much that they are visible on the site, within the limit of stocks available.
For the products not stored in our warehouse, our offer is valid subject to availability of our suppliers.
In the event of an unavailability of a product after making your order we will inform you by phone call or e-mail as soon as possible. Your will have two possibilities:
Cancel the order and be refunded or change the reference you've ordered.

The products are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated during the process of order. The times indicated are usual average times and correspond to the times of treatment and delivery. Average time ranging between 5 and 8 working days.
In the event of deliverable articles on different dates taking into account their availability, the delivery period is based on the longest time. Tictactime reserves however the possibility of splitting the deliveries. The share in the expenses of treatment and forwarding will be invoiced only for one sending. Tictactime could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing. Any order not dispatched in the 30 days following the order is cancelled except stipulation contrary and announced in the offre of sale.
In the event of delay, a mall will be addressed to you.

TICTACTIME decides on the mode of delivery except where if specially indicated by the client. The risks associated with delivery are the responsibility of the client.

The client can request an EXPRESS delivery (an order forwarded before 12 pm will be delivered in 24/48 hours).

The Client must, as of reception, inspect the parcels within the legal timeframe. Please note, conditions such as "acceptance conditional upon verification" or "acceptance conditional upon opening of wrapping” have no legal value with insurers or with transporters.

It is the Client’s responsibility to provide proof of missing or broken articles.
TICTACTIME will strive to respect the stated delivery times, but cannot be held liable for interest and damages because of late delivery and cannot accept the cancellation of an order on that basis. An order made for articles not in stock may be the object of a longer period of delay or a cancellation.

In the event of payment by bank card, the time is of approximately 6 working days, the time indicated is an average time and corresponds to the time of treatment and the delivery for the products bound for the Metropolitan France and Monaco.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT

Except in special conditions requiring a special agreement,TICTACTIME's payment conditions are as follows:

b) Order payment by PAYPAL (Your bank account will be withdrawn within 1 days)
c) Payment should be made 5 days after the invoice date and is subject to conditions and priliminary agreement from the accounts services. Any of these payment options must first be authorised by TICTACTIME's financial department.

Tictactime reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom there would be a litigation relating to the payment of a former order.

ARTICLE 7 : SECURISATION

ARTICLE 9 -CLAIMS -CONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCTS

ARTICLE 10 - BACK PAIEMENT

Refundings of the products on the assumptions aimed to articles 8 and 9 will be carried out within a time lower or equal to 7 working days after the reception of the products by our care.
Refunding will be carried out with the choice of Tictactime per credit on your bank account to the customer having placed the order and to the bill-to-address. No sending in against-refunding will be accepted, whatever is the reason.
