Therefore, it is necessary to read again the terms and conditions before each purchase on the Tictactime.co.uk site. We consider that by confirming your order, you have read and accepted our general conditions of sale without reserve
All orders placed by the customer imply the full acceptance of the present general conditions of sale. Any clause accompanying a customer's order, or any other document which is in opposition to, or which adds a new element to the present general conditions (such as the general conditions of purchase by the customer), will not be accepted by Tictactime.co.uk.
| | ARTICLE 1 - PRICE | 1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in GBP (£) all inclusive of tax (VAT + other taxes) except share in the expenses of delivery.
1.2 - In the event of order towards a country other than the Metropolitan France, the possible custom charges or local taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
1.3 - All the orders whatever their origin are payable in GBP (£) or in Euros (€).
1.4 - Tictactime reserves the right to modify its prices without any previous warning. The products will be invoiced on the basis of tariff displayed at the time of the recording of the orders, subject to availability. Taking into account that loss selling is not acceptable.
1.5 - Products remain the property of Tictactime until the complete payment of the price. | | ARTICLE 2 - VALIDATION | You confirm that you have accepted the present Terms and Conditions before placing your order. The validation of your order is worth the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. As soon as your order is validated, the order confirmation will be displayed in the "order tracking" section of your account. You could download this file, the invoice and warranty card. To read the file, you need Acrobat Reader or another PDF reader application.
| | ARTICLE 3 - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS | Our offers of products and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, within the limit of stocks available. For the products not stored in our warehouse, our offer is valid subject to availability of our suppliers.
In the event of an unavailability of a product after making your order we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible.
Your will have then two possibilities: Cancel the order and be refunded or change the reference you've ordered. | | ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY | The products are delivered to the address of delivery you have indicated during the process of order. The estimated terms of delivery indicated on our website are usual average terms and correspond to the terms of treatment and delivery. The terms of delivery depend on the origin of dispatch (Bondues in France or Bedford in England) and also on the courier chosen.
In the event of deliverable articles on different dates taking into account their availability, the delivery period is based on the longest term. Tictactime reserves however the possibility of splitting the deliveries. The share in the expenses of treatment and forwarding will be invoiced only for one sending.
Tictactime could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing. Any order not dispatched in the 30 days following the order is cancelled except stipulation contrary and announced in the offer of sale. In the event of delay, you will be informed by e-mail.
TICTACTIME chooses the delivery method except if specially indicated by the client. The risks associated to the delivery are the responsibility of the client. The client can request an EXPRESS delivery
The Client must, when receiving the parcel, inspect it in the presence of the deliverer to check that the parcel content is full and not damaged. Please note that reception of a parcel under conditions such as 'acceptance subject to ulterior verification' or 'acceptance subject to the opening of wrapping' have no legal value with insurers or with couriers.
It is the Client’s responsibility to provide proof of missing or broken articles. TICTACTIME will strive to respect the stated delivery terms, but cannot be held liable for interest and damages because of late delivery and cannot accept the cancellation of an order on that basis. An order made for articles not in stock may be the object of a longer period of delay or a cancellation.
In the event of a payment by bank card, the delivery term begins when the payment is accepted by our partner. | | ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT | Except for special conditions requiring a special agreement, TICTACTIME's payment conditions are as follow:
a) Payment by bank card ( American Express, Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Maestro Switch, Solo): Your bank account will be withdrawn within 1 day
b) Payment by PAYPAL: Your bank account will be withdrawn within 1 day.
Tictactime reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom there would be a litigation relating to the payment of a former order.
Your order confirmation is available in your account, by clicking on the 'order tracking' section, as soon as the payment has been validated. | | ARTICLE 6 - SECURITY ON TICTACTIME | Our site is subject to a system of securisation :
We adopt the process of encoding SSL of OGONE. We also reinforce the whole of our processes of jamming and encoding most effectively to protect all the data related to the payment and to personal information. | | ARTICLE 8 : SATISFACTION POLICY | Tictactime proposes you 15 working days deadline, starting on reception of the goods, to send back the product which would not be appropriate to you.
The expenses of sending and return will be at the customer expenses. Only the price of the product will be refunded.
The returns are to be addressed to our head office: Tictactime, 5 Avenue Henri Poincaré - Parc d'activité de Ravennes Les Francs - 59910 BONDUES FRANCE, with all its elements (accessories, manuals...) in good condition and not used. | | ARTICLE 9 - CLAIMS - CONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCTS | We commit ourselves to refund you, or exchange the defective products or not corresponding to the reference of the product on your order. In suche situation, pleas fill in the return form logging in to your customer account on our website. According to your request, Tictactime will exchange or refund the product concerned. The request for a return must be carried out in the fifteen days following the delivery. Any claim formulated out of this term could not be accepted.
The expenses of sending back will be refunded upon presentation of an invoice of the postal expenses, and on the basis of the tariffs we apply. | | ARTICLE 10 - REFUNDS | Refunds of the products on the conditions aimed on articles 8 and 9 will be carried out within a time lower or equal to 15 working days after the reception of the products by our services.
Refunds will be carried out by Tictactime per credit on the bank account of the customer who has paid the order. | | ARTICLE 11 – WARRANTY POLICY | In agreement with brands we work with, all the products sold by TICTACTIME benefit from a 2-year (24 months) warranty of conformity which starts on the date of purchase, respecting the conditions defined in this warranty. The warranty applies to faulty materials and constructional fault existing when the product is bought.
As long as the product is under warranty and with a valid warranty card, any defect can be fixed for free. When your product cannot be repaired, the brand ensures a change of your product for an identical one or with similar characteristics.
The 2-year warranty ends twenty four (24) months after the product is changed.
The warranty does not apply to:

-Battery life
-Normal wear and aging (i.e. scratches on the glass, fading and/or alteration of the strap material or colour, fading and/or alteration of non-metal chains such as leather, textile, rubber…).
- Malfunctioning due to an irregular or non-conforming usage of the product, lack of care, negligence, accidents (blows, strokes, crushings, broken glasses, etc), a non confirming use of the product which would be contrary to the instruction manual delivered with the product.
-Malfunctioning due to repairs effected by non-authorized personnel
For Sunglasses
-Normal wear and aging (i.e. scratches on the glasses, fading and/or alteration of the temples material or colour).
- Malfunctioning due to an irregular or non-conforming usage of the product, lack of care, negligence, accidents (blows, strokes, crushings, broken glasses, etc), a non confirming use of the product which would be contrary to the instructions delivered with the product.
For writing instruments
-Ink cartridge lifetime
-Normal wear and aging (i.e. scratches, fading and/or alteration of the pen material or colour).
- Malfunctioning due to an irregular or non-conforming usage of the product, lack of care, negligence, accidents (blows, strokes, crushings, etc), a non confirming use of the product which would be contrary to the instructions of use of the product.
TICTACTIME cannot be held responsible for the warranty should the manufacturer not honour the guarantee. Communicating false information is contrary to the present General Conditions as well as the conditions of use listed on the Site. Information in connection with your order are subject to an automated data process for which the person in charge is EPAY. This automated data process has a finality to define a level of analysis of a transaction and to fight against fraudulent use of bank cards and unpaid. The non-transmission of the data in connection with your order prevents the process of it and the transaction analysis. An irregular declaration or an anomaly could also be subject to a specific treatment. Tictactime is authorised to extract, handle and use information that concerns you. Those information are subject to computer processing. Only authorized third parties we may work with to help us process orders or payments, deliver, provide a customer service, are allowed to access our database in order to fulfil their job. However, we will cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer to the proper authorities.
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us*. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly on your request. We do not send marketing emails to random personal email address (spam), however from time to time we may send newsletters, special offers, clearance… to registered customer email addresses.
