The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relations between the user of the website Tictactime.co.uk (hereafter referred to as the User or You) and the trade name Tictactime.co.uk, belonging to the company TVDISTRINET with a capital of 100,000 Euros, whose headquarters are located at 81 rue du Pré Catelan 59110 La Madeleine and is registered on the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Lille (the Commercial and Companies Register in Lille) under the number 45183029300051.
These general terms and conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, unless previously agreed otherwise in writing. Tictactime.co.uk reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at its discretion, therefore you should reread them each time you visit Tictactime.co.uk (hereafter referred to as The Website). You may object to these modifications when they are published online and they do not apply to previously agreed contracts. Each sale on the Website is governed by the general terms and conditions applicable on the date of the order. We understand that by confirming your order, you have read and unreservedly agree to our general terms and conditions of sale.
By accessing the Website, you agree to comply with the General Terms and Conditions as well as by the Conditions of Use herein.
ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
1.1 - Our product prices are shown in STERLING POUNDS (GBP) and include all taxes (VAT + other taxes) but exclude delivery costs.
1.2 - In the event of an order to a country outside of metropolitan France, possible customs charges or local taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
1.3 - All orders, regardless of the country of origin, must be paid in Euros or in Sterling Pounds.
1.4 - Tictactime.co.uk reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however, the products will be charged based upon the rates in force at the time of registering your order, subject to availability.
1.5 - The products remain the property of Tictactime.co.uk until payment is made in full.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDERS
Customers can order on the Internet via the website www.tictactime.co.uk or by telephone from Monday to Friday 8am to 12am and 2pm to 4pm on: 01179 181 575.
Tictactime.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or decline any customer order if there are any disputes regarding payments for prior orders or which would, in their opinion, represent a risk.
ARTICLE 3 - CONFIRMATION
You state that you have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Therefore, your order confirmation is acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded at Tictactime.co.uk is proof of all the transactions placed between Tictactime.co.uk and its customers.
For payments by cheque or transfer, the order will remain valid for 5 days. If we have not received the cheque or transfer within 5 days from the date of order confirmation then the order will be cancelled.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our products and prices are valid as long as they are shown on the website, while stocks last. For the products which we do not stock in our warehouse, our offers are subject to the availability with our suppliers.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. Your order will be cancelled automatically and if your bank account has been debited, you will be refunded within 10 days.
For payments by cheque, in the event that all or part of the order is unavailable then Tictactime.co.uk will decide upon the refund method, either crediting the customer’s bank account or sending the customer a cheque within thirty days at the latest from the customer’s payment.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
Tictactime.co.uk provides free delivery by Colissimo to anywhere in United Kingdom if the total amount of your order is equal to or higher than £60 (excluding personalised 121TIME watches). We charge £15 all taxes included for delivery by Chronopost to anywhere in United Kingdom. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, subject to confirmation of payment. All orders placed before Friday 1pm will be delivered the following Monday morning. All orders placed after Friday 1pm or during the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.
We will deliver your products to the delivery address which you indicated at the time of your order. The times indicated are the usual times for handling and delivery. The average time is between 2 and 4 working days. Tictactime or Coliposte will not be held responsible for delays in delivery or for undelivered items in the event that the customer has not indicated a full and correct delivery address. There will be a charge of £6.10 for each returned package which could not be delivered due to missing information in the delivery address.
In the event that items are delivered on different days due to their availability, the delivery time indicated is based on the longest time. However, Tictactime.co.uk reserves the possibility to charge for delivery. Handling and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment. Tictactime.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the consequences caused by transportation delays. All orders which are not sent within 30 days following the order will be cancelled, unless otherwise specified and stated in the offer for sale.
You will be contacted by email in case of delay.
For payments made by bank card, the delivery time is about 2 working days, the delivery time indicated is the average time for the handling and delivery of products sent to metropolitan France and Monaco.
For payments made by cheque, the order will be processed once the cheque has been received. Consequently, in these cases the delivery times apply from the receipt of the cheque and, therefore, could be different from those mentioned when you placed your order.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you check the condition of the order in front of the delivery person. We can only handle your complaint if it is mentioned in writing at the time when you received your package. If necessary, we recommend that you inform Tictactime.co.uk of any defects within 24 hours if you received your order on a working day and the following Monday if you received it on a Saturday. Beyond this time, Tictactime.co.uk will not be held responsible for irregular deliveries.
ARTICLE 6 - SECURE PAYMENTS
You can pay for your purchases:

Tictactime.co.uk must receive your transfer within 5 days, if we do not, then we can no longer guarantee the availability indicated at the time of the order. Tictactime.co.uk will notify the customer of the new delivery time, if necessary.

Therefore, Tictactime.co.uk has taken action against fraud in collaboration with the Banque Populaire in order to protect its customers from all fraudulent use of their bank cards. Therefore, when making your payment online you may be redirected to enter in a security code which will have been sent to you by your bank.
This means that you will still have to enter your card number, expiration date and CSC number but after you have entered this information you will be redirected to your bank’s website which will require additional information from you. Please note that each bank is able to choose its own identification methods, it is in your interest to find out more information from your bank.
ARTICLE 8 : RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
At Tictactime.co.uk you have thirty (30) clear days (instead of the seven (7) clear days under Article L 121-20 of the Code de la Consommation [the French Consumer Code]) to return a product which you are not satisfied with, except in the following cases: personalised watches or orders from our partners (any order which was not placed directly through the website www.tictactime.co.uk), in these cases you will have seven (7) clear days to return your product. This time begins from when your package is delivered. This right of withdrawal is without penalty. If you would like to make a return, we advise you to make your request through your customer account so we can allocate a return number to you.
This right of withdrawal is only accepted for products in their original, full state (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc). Items which are returned scratched, incomplete, damaged, broken or dirty by the Customer are not accepted or refunded. We will send your product back to you in approximately 7 days, at your expense. This time will begin from the day when the order is received by Tictactime. You may fill in your return authorisation form at your customer account.
In the event that you forget to include the case with your return, we will charge a repackaging fee of €10.
We strongly recommend that you indicate the return number on your package. You will be allocated this number once you have filled in the return form which is available on the website. We advise you to return the merchandise by recorded delivery (without acknowledgement of receipt) or by tracked delivery and if necessary to insure it to the product’s market value with the delivery service. This is necessary in case they damage or lose the merchandise. This insurance is the responsibility of the Customer and will not, under any circumstances, be refunded by Tictactime.
Pursuant to Art. L. 121-20-2, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products which have been designed or clearly personalised to the customer’s specifications (special fittings other than the sizes indicated on the website, engraving, cutting or any other personalisation). Therefore, we will not accept any returns for personalised and/or engraved products. We advise you to carefully check your order before confirmation. You cannot cancel the order once it has been confirmed.
Returns should be sent in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, case, etc) and in good condition to: TVDISTRINET 81 rue du Pré Catelan 59110 La Madeleine FRANCE.
For items over £60 (excluding delivery charges and products on promotion, on sale, discontinued items, personalised watches, special offers, orders from our partners [any order which was not placed directly through the website www.tictactime.co.uk] and all CASIO products), there is a prepaid Coliposte label which you can print off from your customer account. There will be no refunds of return costs, other than this option. This return label is only valid for orders which have been delivered to metropolitan France.
In the event of a product refund referred to in Article 8, the payment will be made within 30 days from when we receive the product.
But only if the product is returned within seven days from when it was delivered to you. The customer will automatically receive a credit note which he/she may use, or not, within 3 months after it has been issued. If the customer does not wish to use his/her credit note, he/she may request a refund for it within 30 days after the issue of the credit note. For payments made by bank card the refund will be credited to your bank account. For any other payment method the refund will be made by bank cheque, made payable to the customer who placed the order and sent to his/her billing address. Cash on delivery is not accepted under any circumstances
In the event that the product is returned between the eighth and thirtieth day, the refund will only be in the form of a gift voucher or a credit note. No refunds will be made.
Any order made with a non-refundable credit note will not be refunded. A new credit note will then be allocated.
The shipping costs for the order will not be refunded if the final total of the order is less than £60.
Delivery costs for Express orders will be refunded up to £10.
ARTICLE 10 - DELIVERY TIMES
The average delivery time for the Colissimo system or Lettre Max from the French Post office is forty-eight (48) hours from it leaving the Tictactime.co.uk warehouse.
This delivery time is a guideline only.
Any possible overrun in the delivery time will not entitle the Buyer to compensation, discounts or cancelation of the order.
In the event that the delivery is delayed beyond the initial fixed date, the Buyer should inform Tictactime.co.uk in writing (by post or email) so that Tictactime.co.uk can investigate the issue with the French Post Office.
An investigation with the French Post Office can take up to 21 working days. If the product is found during this time, it will be immediately forwarded on to the Buyer’s address or to the recipient indicated on the order form.
However, if the ordered product is not found by the end of the 21 day investigation, Tictactime.co.uk will resend the product, at its own expense, or refund the order.

ARTICLE 15 - FIGHT AGAINST BANK CARD FRAUD
Tictactime.co.uk, in collaboration with Fianet, runs checks on all orders which have been confirmed on its website. These checks aim to protect Tictactime.co.uk from wrongful practices run by fraudsters.
If the delivery address is different to the billing address in your order, our service team may need to get in contact with the two people mentioned; i.e., the person linked to the billing address and the person indicated in the delivery address.
Given these procedures, our service team may need to ask you for any information required to unblock your order: proof of address, photocopy of an identity card, crossed cheque or letters proving that the customer is the owner of the bank card. We will email you for these requests.

Tictactime.co.uk will not be held responsible, under any circumstances, in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honour its warranty for any of the reasons set out above. In such cases, the manufacturer will provide a quote for repair which Tictactime.co.uk will send on to the Customer.
The manufacturer will request administration costs in the event that the customer refuses to pay this quote. In the event that the quote is accepted, a cheque made payable to Tictactime.co.uk must be sent to us for the total amount of the quote.
Reminder about water-resistance: a watch is only really water-resistant from 10 ATM. This means that you can go diving with your watch on. However, this does not mean that you can go in the shower or bath with it on, the water resistant seal will be damaged due to the change in temperature.
ARTICLE 19 - COMMENTS, CRITICISM AND COMMUNICATION
All opinions expressed by Users at Tictactime.co.uk are supervised and moderated by the marketing team. In the event that comments are illegal or unethical (abusive advertising, defamatory comments, insults, comments out of context, etc.) Tictactime.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or modify the opinions concerned.
